If you do not agree, you must immediately cease all use of our services.

2. Service Description

VulpeAds is an AI-powered platform for Google Ads and Meta Ads optimization. Our core functionality, powered by Google Gemini AI, includes the 24/7 scanning of search terms and the automated creation of negative keywords to reduce wasted ad spend.

3. Account Integration & API Usage

To utilize the core features of VulpeAds, you must authorize our access to your Google Ads through the official API via OAuth. This authorization grants VulpeAds the ability to read performance data and write optimizations (such as creating negative keyword lists) as configured by you.

Warning: You remain solely responsible for any costs incurred in your linked advertising accounts. VulpeAds is a tool for automation; its results depend on your configuration and advertising strategy.

4. Intellectual Property

All software, algorithms, designs, and content within VulpeAds are the property of VulpeAds and its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform for your own business purposes.

5. Payment and Refunds

Our services are billed on a subscription or per-usage basis. Payments are processed securely via third-party processors. Refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis according to our 7-day satisfaction policy (consistent with Brazilian Consumer Defense Code for digital services).

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall VulpeAds be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, advertising costs, or data breaches not directly caused by our platform's negligence.

VulpeAds does not guarantee 100% accuracy and is not responsible for automated decisions that do not align with your specific local business nuances if not properly supervised.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Any dispute arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Brazil.
